തിരുവനന്തപുരം∙ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ക്കെതിരെ സര്‍വകലാശാലാ ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്ന് പണമെടുത്തു കേസ് നടത്തിയ വിസിമാര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കടുത്ത നീക്കവുമായി ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ ആരിഫ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഖാന്‍. സ്വന്തം കേസ് സ്വന്തം ചെലവില്‍ നടത്തണമെന്നും ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസ് നടത്താന്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്നു ചെലവിട്ട 1.13 കോടി രൂപ തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കണമെന്നും വിസിമാരോടു ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു. ഇക്കാര്യം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി കത്തു നല്‍കിയതായി ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ ഓഫിസ് അറിയിച്ചു.
സർക്കാർ പ്രതികളെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നെന്ന് രമ; ശൈലജയെ അപമാനിച്ചത് ഓർമിപ്പിച്ച് ക്ഷോഭിച്ച് മന്ത്രി വീണ
സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിയെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് വിവിധ സര്‍വകലാശാലകളിലെ വിസിമാരുടെ നിയമനങ്ങള്‍ അസാധുവാക്കിയ ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ നടപടി ചോദ്യം ചെയ്താണ് വിസിമാര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെയും സുപ്രീംകോടതിയെയും സമീപിച്ചത്. കോടതിച്ചെലവുകള്‍ക്കായി സര്‍വകലാശാലകളുടെ ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്ന് ഒരു കോടി 13 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ചെലവിട്ടിരുന്നു. ഇതിന് നീതീകരണമില്ലെന്നും ധനദുര്‍വിനിയോഗമാണെന്നും ഇതിനായി ചെലവിട്ട തുക വിസിമാര്‍ ഉടനടി തിരിച്ചടച്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യണമെന്നുമാണ് ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ സെക്രട്ടറി എല്ലാ വിസിമാര്‍ക്കും അടിയന്തര നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കി.
വിസിമാര്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്നു ചെലവിട്ട തുക സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ആര്‍. ബിന്ദുവാണ് നിയമസഭയില്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. കേസ് നടത്താന്‍ കണ്ണൂര്‍ വിസി ആയിരുന്ന ഗോപിനാഥ് രവീന്ദ്രന്‍ 69 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും കുഫോസ് വിസിയായിരുന്ന റിജി ജോണ്‍ 36 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും സാങ്കേതിക സര്‍വകലാശാലാ വിസിയായിരുന്ന എം..എസ്.രാജശ്രീ ഒന്നര ലക്ഷം രൂപയും കാലിക്കറ്റ് വിസി എം.കെ.ജയരാജ് 4.25 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും കുസാറ്റ് വിസി കെ.എന്‍. മധുസൂദനന്‍ 77,500 രൂപയും മലയാളം സര്‍വകലാശാലാ വിസിയായിരുന്ന വി.അനില്‍കുമാര്‍ ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയും ശ്രീനാരായണ ഓപ്പണ്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി വിസി മുബാറക് പാഷ 53000 രൂപയും സര്‍വകലാശാല ഫണ്ടില്‍ നിന്നു ചെലവിട്ടതായി മന്ത്രി നിയമസഭയെ രേഖമൂലം അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രൈവറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി കെ.കെ.രാഗേഷിന്റെ ഭാര്യ പ്രിയ വര്‍ഗീസിന് കണ്ണൂര്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയില്‍ അസോഷ്യേറ്റ് പ്രഫസര്‍ നിയമനം നല്‍കിയത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തുള്ള ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ കോടതിച്ചെലവിനായി 8 ലക്ഷം രൂപ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഫണ്ടില്‍ നിന്നു ചെലവാക്കിയതായും സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില്‍ ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്ത ഹര്‍ജിയുടെ വിചാരണ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാകാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് കേസിന്റെ ചെലവുകള്‍ സര്‍വകലാശാല നല്‍കിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നും മന്ത്രി നിയമസഭയെ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു.
കേരള, എംജി, ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ സര്‍വകലാശാലാ വിസിമാര്‍ ഹര്‍ജികള്‍ ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്തുവെങ്കിലും യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഫണ്ട് ചെലവാക്കിയതായി നിയമസഭാ രേഖകളിലില്ല. സേവ് യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ക്യാംപെയ്ൻ കമ്മിറ്റി ഇക്കാര്യം ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. കോടതിച്ചെലവുകള്‍ക്ക് തുക അനുവദിച്ച നടപടി ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ റദ്ദാക്കിയതോടെ ഈ തുക വിസിമാരുടെ ബാധ്യതയായി മാറും.
സര്‍വകലാശാലാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്കെതിരായുള്ള കോടതി വ്യവഹാരങ്ങളില്‍ അവര്‍ സ്വന്തം ചെലവില്‍ കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍, വിസിമാര്‍ ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്ത ഹര്‍ജികള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ചെലവിട്ട തുക ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിസിമാരില്‍ നിന്നോ തുക അനുവദിച്ച സിന്‍ഡിക്കറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നോ ഈടാക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സേവ് യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ക്യാംപെയ്ൻ കമ്മിറ്റി ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ക്ക് പരാതി നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു.
